Conversion of existing Grade 2* listed Victorian villa to 5 flats and 6 new houses along the adjacent street in the London Borough of Hackney.

We have developed a scheme working closely with English Heritage and the Conservation officers which will preserve the integrity of this important building whilst creating a viable proposal for our clients.  The overall scheme includes the restoration of the formal gardens and construction of six elegant new houses along Mildenhall Road, which contributes to the viability of the scheme.
